TMW requires the customer with complete and accurate documents, including pre-alert, arrival notice, validated manifest, and any necessary permits or licenses.
TMW provides services for the computation of customs duties and taxes (CDT), import entry lodgment, customs clearance, and formalities.
The Bureau of Customs (BOC) evaluates documents, inspects cargo (if needed), and makes final assessments.

A notification to avail of this type of service shall be made at least one (1) working day before shipment arrival or immediately upon shipment uplift from the origin with pre-alert copies of the Master Airway Bill (MAWB), House Airway Bill (HAWB), Commercial Invoice, Packing list, Manifest & Import Permit or clearances if required.
The handling instruction in the MAWB should indicate: “FOR CUSTOMS CLEARANCE AT TMW ECCF CFW NO. ATSWP03-019."
